Meet Sunnie

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Qing “Sunnie” Li’s extensive experience working with local and international investors has given her the skills and knowledge needed to lead the sales team at SALA Homes. Sunnie is a hands-on, collaborative, data-driven leader who deeply values honesty, integrity, and data. She has a relentless drive to succeed, and she’s eager to embrace new technologies and innovations that challenge the status quo. With her modern approach, Sunnie has helped more than 600 buyers, sellers, and investors to achieve their real estate goals. She consistently earns repeat and referral clients that make up over 99% of her business.

 

Sunnie is an accomplished serial entrepreneur, a driven real estate professional, and the co-founder of the prestigious SALA Homes real estate services team headquartered in San Jose, California. A licensed broker in California and a managing broker in Washington state, Sunnie manages several Bay Area development projects. Prior to launching SALA Homes, Sunnie co-founded and served as CEO of a business that helped Chinese nationals invest in American residential properties. Sunnie began investing in real estate while attending college in Seattle. Following graduation from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs and Governance, Sunnie settled in California, where she worked closely with a number of startups and venture capital firms. She served as a volunteer homeowners association board director for a large complex of close to 500 units, an experience that provided her with firsthand knowledge in management of multi-occupancy properties.

 

While leading people to real estate success is Sunnie’s true passion, she’s also an angel investor focused on funding female-founded startups. She loves entertaining friends and family, and she’s an active volunteer on a number of community projects throughout the San Jose area.
